Professional Conversion Programmes is the complete form of PCPs are also known as career conversion programs which focus on  Professionalism; executives, managers, or technicians are also known as PMETs were people who switch their career and go through the skills and change their fields and into new occupations or section which offer more excellent prospects and opportunities for more progress. This course helps one to convert into a new career option and works into getting a good career option for their life. Anyone can easily apply to these programs, but specific eligibility criteria are to be completed by everyone.

Types of professional conversion programs:-

There are three types of professional conversion programme available at the moment. This can be explained by the following.

  1. A PMET is recruited by a participating employer who has to undergo training to get hired for their next role in a new career.
  2. A PMET is then offered to train with work attachments for a better-woke experience.
  3. They are getting a job before the training can be tricky where tricky when industries are constantly under pressure with the growing competition. And also with excellent work opportunities in the future.
  4. A PMET is at risk of repetition, which is greatly affected by the existing workers and recruiters, and offered personal training to look forward to excellent job roles in the industry.
